Cancellation Policy

Dual Star Energetic Healing LLC reserves appointment times specifically for each client. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• 24-hour cancellation notice 
• Less than 24 hours: 50% late-cancellation fee 
• No-show: full session price 
• 15-minute grace period 
• If the client arrives within 15 minutes, the session still ends at the original scheduled time 
• After 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a no-show 
• Eligible refunds processed within 5–7 business days 
• If Dual Star cancels: client may reschedule or receive a full refund
